Acceptance of Terms. By using https://sherthingkaraoke.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Sher Thing Karaoke markets and arranges Karaoke Hosting, Wedding Karaoke, Corporate Karaoke, Birthday Karaoke, Private Karaoke. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://sherthingkaraoke.com is the property of Sher Thing Karaoke or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Sher Thing Karaoke may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://sherthingkaraoke.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Sher Thing Karaoke makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will Sher Thing Karaoke's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Sher Thing Karaoke harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
Modifications. Sher Thing Karaoke may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
